The Duetto MT EVO features two laser sources:
- The Alexandrite 755 nm laser is the gold standard for hair removal on skin types I through III and for the treatment of benign hyperpigmentation.
- The Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser is ideal for hair removal on skin types IV–VI and for vascular treatments.
In addition to being able to use these laser sources separately, it is also possible to combine both wavelengths. This can be done sequentially, with the pulses delivered one after the other, or simultaneously, with both wavelengths emitted at the same time.
This Mixed Technology® Laser technology is significantly less painful for hair removal and vascular treatments than the laser technologies used to date. Because lower fluences are used per wavelength, the risk of complications is also lower.
Challenging applications, such as hair removal on dark skin or back hair, and the treatment of leg veins, are made easier by combining these wavelengths.
Thanks to a spot size of up to 18 mm, larger treatment areas, such as the back and legs, can also be treated efficiently.
All of this makes the Duetto MT EVO one of the most advanced and flexible lasers for hair removal, vascular treatments, and skin rejuvenation.

The Quanta System Duetto MT EVO is a professional laser platform that combines powerful laser technologies: the 755 nm Alexandrite, 1064 nm Nd:YAG, and the unique Quanta Mixed Technology®.

This unique technology offers the following benefits for both the practitioner and the client:
- Mixed Technology® for hair removal: even safer and more effective treatment for skin types III and IV, for example (even during the sunny months)
- Mixed Technology® for vascular indications: even safer and more effective for (difficult) vascular indications: The first pulse with Alexandrite converts “red” blood vessels to “blue” blood vessels, after which the second pulse with Nd:YAG is absorbed three times more effectively.
This approach requires less energy, resulting in less pain and a reduced risk of complications. - Mixed Technology® for skin rejuvenation: Alexandrite for pigmentation and Nd:YAG for skin tightening in a single session!
In short: every treatment can be perfectly tailored to the specific condition and skin type.
In addition to the variable and fixed handpieces included as standard, the Duetto MT EVO can be expanded with a (cooled) Twain IPL handpiece or a Twain 2940 nm Er:YAG handpiece.
This allows the Duetto MT EVO to scale perfectly as the need for expanded indications arises.
