Quanta System has combined various lasers into a single laser platform. The combination of the long-pulsed KTP, Alexandrite, and Nd:YAG lasers, along with the well-known expansion capabilities of the (cooled) IPL and Er:YAG 2940 nm handpiece, makes it a very comprehensive system.
The Suprema is specifically designed for vascular treatments, hair removal (skin types I–VI), and skin rejuvenation, among other applications. It delivers fast and effective results with a shorter recovery time. In addition, this system can also be used to treat pigmentation, onychomycosis, and, for example, acne scars.
Thanks to the combination of three powerful wavelengths (532 nm, 755 nm, and 1064 nm), the Suprema offers versatile technology for a wide range of dermatological and aesthetic applications. The different wavelengths enable targeted treatment of various skin types and conditions, with a focus on precision, safety, and optimal treatment results.

In addition to the laser sources being able to be used independently of one another, it is also possible to combine the Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths. This is the advanced Quanta Mixed Technology®. It can be used sequentially, with the pulses delivered one after the other, or simultaneously, with both wavelengths emitted at the same time.
This laser technique is significantly less painful for hair removal and vascular treatments than laser techniques used to date. Because lower fluences are used per wavelength, the risk of complications is also lower.
Challenging indications, such as hair removal on pigmented skin or the back and the treatment of leg veins, are made easier and are also more effective and safer by combining both wavelengths.

Quanta Mixed Technology® is a unique technology that makes it possible to use the 755 nm Alexandrite and the 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser independently, simultaneously (in the same pulse), or sequentially (in rapid succession).
This unique technology offers the following benefits for both the practitioner and the client:
- Mixed Technology® for hair removal: even safer and more effective treatment for skin types III and IV, for example (even during the sunny months)
- Mixed Technology® for vascular indications: even safer and more effective for (difficult) vascular indications: The first pulse with Alexandrite converts “red” blood vessels to “blue” blood vessels, after which the second pulse with Nd:YAG is absorbed three times more effectively.
This approach requires less energy, resulting in less pain and a reduced risk of complications. - Mixed Technology® for skin rejuvenation: Alexandrite for pigmentation and Nd:YAG for skin tightening in a single session!
In short: every treatment can be perfectly tailored to the specific condition and skin type.
In addition to the interchangeable handpieces included as standard, the Suprema can be expanded with a (cooled) Twain IPL handpiece or a Twain 2940 nm Er:YAG handpiece.
This allows the Suprema to scale perfectly as the range of indications expands.
