Development

At Tobrix, we set high standards. If we can’t find products that meet our requirements, we develop them ourselves. For example, we have been offering products for endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) since 2007. In collaboration with physicians and manufacturers, we developed the 123-set and Tulip-tip fibers. Our phlebology staircase is also the result of this collaboration.

As a partner of various industry associations, we place great value on the development of guidelines and the gathering and sharing of knowledge. We support these efforts as a member of organizations such as the DCOP, the NVH, the DALA, and the NVCD, and as a sponsor of various conferences in the fields of skin therapy/dermatology, phlebology, and urology.

Training

We believe it is very important that you are able to work effectively with our products. To support you in this, we offer customized training and continuing education courses whenever possible. To this end, we have an in-house clinical laser specialist with extensive knowledge of both the equipment and the market in which we operate.
When you purchase a (laser) system, we will of course provide you with support so that you can achieve optimal results for your patients.

Service

Our technical service department consists exclusively of trained and certified staff. We maintain our own inventory of parts so we can deliver and repair quickly—often even on the same day.
Thanks to our central location, we can reach any location within three hours. This means only a minimal interruption to your treatment schedule.

Our service technicians are trained and certified by our suppliers. In addition, we have been F-Gas certified since 2018, which allows us to maintain and repair Zimmer Cryo coolers in our own workshop.
