The Youlaser Prime is the latest laser capable of combining two wavelengths: an ablative CO2 10,600 nm laser and a non-ablative Er:Glass 1,550/1,540 nm laser.
Using the scanner, the wavelengths can be applied individually within the treatment area, combined into a single pulse, or combined in a mix or as a single wavelength. This allows you to truly provide customized treatment!
This maintenance-free laser offers a wide range of treatments for skin rejuvenation and improvement, as well as surgical and gynecological applications.

The Shelase utilizes Quanta Mixed Technology®, which combines the 10,600 nm and 1,540/1,550 nm wavelengths into a single pulse. This creates a unique treatment that incorporates both ablative and non-ablative wavelengths. Using different probes, it is possible to treat both the inside and the outside of the vagina.
The endovaginal probes emit laser energy in a 360-degree radius. The unique combination of ablative and non-ablative wavelengths ensures optimal treatment with maximum comfort, no bleeding, and no recovery time. The 1540/1550 nm non-ablative laser penetrates deep into the mucosa to stimulate collagen production. The ablative CO2 laser promotes tissue regeneration and tightening.
Shelase vs. Other Lasers
Other lasers on the market for vaginal treatments use only the ablative wavelength. To stimulate collagen, at least the 1540/1550 nm wavelength is required. Collagen stimulation using a CO2 laser alone is significantly less effective. Combining both wavelengths—which is possible with the Shelase—stimulates the deeper layers, resulting in better outcomes.

After the recovery period (ranging from days to weeks), the skin will appear smoother and fresher.
This treatment is intensive and powerful, with a long recovery period during which the skin must heal from redness and scabs.
In the case of a Non-ablative treatment with 1540/1550 nm The top layer of skin will remain intact, and the heat will be directed primarily into the deeper layers of the skin. This stimulates cell renewal and collagen production from within.
This treatment is used, for example, to address mild signs of skin aging, early fine lines, and sagging skin, or to improve the overall skin texture.
The treatment is mild and requires little or no recovery time.
